Call to Convention Letter, February 8, 2010

The 226th Annual Convention of the Diocese will be held on Friday, October 22 and Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Christ Church Cathedral in Hartford, Connecticut. This year’s Convention will be the first with our new Diocesan Bishop Ian Douglas, and an important time in our life together as a diocese. The letter, link above, has information about parish delegates to convention, elections at convention (this year we will elect General Convention deputies, as well as Standing Committee members and Province One Synod reps), and resolultions.

Lay delegate certificates are due by June 4; resolutions and nominations are due by Sept. 7.
