The program/ministry budget request application for 2011 is below. Please complete and submit the application ONLINE ONLY by May 24, 2010. Your Program & Budget Committee members are eager to learn how our common resources in the Diocese of Connecticut can be best allocated in service to God's mission across our Diocese.
Your detailed, complete, and yet succinct responses will help the Committee members be good stewards of God's resources. The application will also aid in determining program assessments at the end of the budget year. You are urged to be thorough and precise, but brief. The form below allocates a maximum number of lines for each response.
If necessary, additional supporting documents may be emailed to Louise Boehm at lboehm@ctdiocese.org. There will not be a paper copy of the application mailed out, and you must complete and submit the application online.

The applications will be distributed to the Program & Budget Committee members to determine and set the budget for the 2011 budget year. As contact person for a program/ministry, you may be visited by a committee team or asked to attend a future meeting if the Committee has any questions about your program/ministry.
The timeliness of your submission is crucial. Those applications received after the May 24 deadline will not receive the same attention as those received by the deadline.
